Awakening a feeling of vitality and provoking a resonance in the heart, i am a very unique teacher.
Known for my focused but playful style, i believe that with the support of others we are able to develop physically, mentally and emotionally more rapidly than training alone. By embodying partner acro and acroyoga as a living expression of this understanding, i teach it as a powerful vehicle to create balance and transformation within ourselves and our relationships.
With over 20 years in the creative and healing arts, I am a certified adults and children’s yoga teacher, acroyoga teacher and acroyoga fit coach, primary ethics teacher, Australian sports commission coach; theatrical circus performer, manager and trainer who also runs a successful circus entertainment company, Outrageous Entertainment.
My additional trainings and certifications over the last 25 years include teacher trainings in India, Australia and Barcelona; including yoga therapy, chi gung, reiki (master level), shiatsu, “trauma” sensitive yoga, dance, chinese medicine, naturopathy, circus, acrobatics, costume design and I am presently studying a bachelor of psychology.
