Weekly acro yoga/partner acro classes on the Central Coast.

Building mental and physical strength and flexibility, along with social wellbeing and community.

TIME         7:00 – 8:30pm ( start 7:15pm sharp )

VENUE    ROUND ABOUT CIRCUS  Unit 1 2 Evans lane, Wyoming (off Brooks lane)

No partner required.
All-level class. A reasonable level of fitness is recommended.

The ACROLife term is set up to be attended in full.
If you are unable to attend a class during the term, you can exchange with a friend for any class within that term.

The CASUAL RATE is open to students who would like to attend a trial class, as well as those with extenuating circumstances ( discussed prior to booking with facilitator Zoe Braithwaite )
